Job Overview
We are seeking a Center Manager (Case Manager) to lead operations at a large national rehabilitation clinic. This role is responsible for overseeing daily clinic functions, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing both clinical and administrative teams. The Center Manager drives workflow efficiency, maintains regulatory compliance, and fosters a positive, collaborative team culture.

Management & Operations
Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation clinic to ensure efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
Foster a positive work environment to support staff engagement, retention, and professional growth.
Manage employee relations in compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Develop and implement center-specific operational plans, including referral development and community outreach.
Monitor financial performance, including budgets, expenses, and profitability.
Maintain strong relationships with physicians, payers, and external partners.
Supervise support staff to ensure excellent customer service and effective patient scheduling.
Ensure appropriate caseload management and staff productivity.
Lead staff onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing development.
Approve supply and equipment orders while maintaining cost efficiency.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure compliance with all applicable state, federal, and organizational regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records, including licensure, certifications, and required documentation.

Ensure clinic cleanliness, safety, and regulatory readiness.
Clinical & Patient Care
Provide direct patient care as needed, including evaluations, treatment planning, and progress assessments.
Ensure services align with applicable state practice acts for physical or occupational therapy.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and referring providers.

Qualifications
Education & Licensure
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) or Occupational Therapy (OT) program
(CAPTE-accredited or equivalent for international candidates).
Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
Experience
Previous experience in outpatient physical or occupational therapy settings.
Demonstrated management, supervisory, or leadership experience.
Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, operational workflows, and financial management.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with Windows-based applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
