Senior AI Engineer Product-Focused & Client-Facing $180,000- $250,000 DOE

Role Overview

This role is responsible for designing, building, and scaling advanced AI-driven systems that power agentic workflows in production. The position requires senior-level ownership across the full product lifecycle, from early design and prototyping through deployment, evaluation, and iteration in real-world environments.

You will develop LLM-powered pipelines with continuous feedback loops, build organization-specific customization layers, and create voice- and message-based AI agents. The role is highly collaborative and user-facing, requiring close partnership with product teams, stakeholders, and customers to translate real needs into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions. Success in this role depends on strong technical execution, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.


Experience & Impact

-Senior- or staff-level experience with demonstrated ownership across the full product and system lifecycle.
-Prior experience working in startup or growth-stage environments, with comfort operating in lean teams --and evolving requirements.
-Experience building products for enterprise customers, including reliability, scalability, and integration considerations.

AI & Technical Expertise

-Strong background in machine learning and production AI systems.
-Hands-on experience with large language models, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector search, and prompt engineering.
-Experience designing scalable, reliable infrastructure that integrates into complex systems.
-Familiarity with modern AI frameworks and tooling, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
